Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest: Fergie will co-host for the 6th consecutive year from Hollywood, Jenny McCarthy is reporting from Times Square, with performances from: Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber, Pitbull (who currently has deals with Kodak, Dr. Pepper, and Bud Light), Hot Chelle Rae, Taio Cruz, Nicki Minaj, Florence + the Machine, LMFAO, Gym Class Heroes, Blink-182, One Republic, The Band Perry, will.i.am, and Christina Perri.
